Joël has been a highly administrative/professional executive for more than thirty years. Major companies like Hydro Québec, National Bank of Canada and D.M.R. have benefited from his expertise in project management, solid business insight with the ability to ascertain and analyze needs, streamline operations, and envision new program concepts. strategic consultant engagements and effective networking experience has built strong relationships in the West African political sphere, as well as Europe and North America.
The former CEO of a Canadian Mining company that successfully raised millions in funding from institutional and private equity lenders for that project. He has been overseeing a Non-Profit Organization operating successfully on humanitarian grounds in Africa for the last 29 years. Joël has a Master degree in Arts from the University of Montreal, in Canada and a university degree from the Université de Bordeaux in France.

Terry is a strategic, solution driven Professional with a passion for relationship building and partnering to deliver outstanding business results. An entrepreneur at heart with over 25 years experience in a diversity of portfolios ranging from restaurant and the food service industry, to start ups in fintech, to mining. His excellent communication and interpersonal skills have served as the foundation for effective networking, collaboration, and successful negotiations.
Terry is a visionary leader, having worked on ventures in several countries globally, with an interest on investment and operational optimization across diverse industries such as infrastructure, renewable energy solutions, and FDI initiatives. The goal is converting strategic plans into tactical reality through implementation of new and improved processes to produce maximum revenue growth. Terry looks to Africa’s success for its future through self sustainability and educational training measures combined with financial security for the citizenry through a responsible, collaborative approach of it’s natural resources.
